Silver Lake Mid-Century Modern Renovation
A full renovation of a 1948 mid-century modern home in Silver Lake. We preserved the home's architectural character while upgrading all systems — new roof, electrical panel, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled with period-appropriate finishes. We also built a 440 sq ft detached ADU in the rear yard.
