Yes. We document the damage, prepare a detailed scope and work with your adjuster. You choose your contractor; your insurer can't require you to use theirs.
How quickly should water damage be dried?
As soon as possible. Mold can begin growing within a day or two in wet materials, so call right away.
Is mold dangerous?
