J L.: Joseph and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our ADU unit was completed beautifully, including two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a complete roof replacement. The craftsmanship is excellent, the team was professional and respectful, and the worksite stayed clean. We're extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them!

Concrete driveway questions

How long before I can drive on new concrete?

Usually about a week. Foot traffic is typically fine after a day or two.

Do I need a permit?

Work on your property usually doesn't, but the driveway approach at the street typically requires a city permit. We handle it.

Will my concrete crack?

Concrete can develop small cracks over time. Control joints, reinforcement and a good base keep cracking to a minimum.

How long does the job take?

Most residential driveways take a few days, plus curing time.
