Does a patio cover need a permit?
In most Los Angeles-area cities, yes, especially when attached to the house. We handle the permit.
Aluminum or wood?
Aluminum covers need little maintenance. Wood looks warmer but needs periodic sealing or paint.
How long does it take?
Most patios and covers take one to two weeks of work once permits are issued.
Can you add lights and a fan?
Yes. We run the electrical and install lighting and fans under the cover.
