J L.: Joseph and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our ADU unit was completed beautifully, including two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a complete roof replacement. The craftsmanship is excellent, the team was professional and respectful, and the worksite stayed clean. We're extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them!

What GAF Master Elite means
GAF is North America's largest roofing manufacturer. Its Master Elite program is reserved for contractors who meet strict requirements: proper licensing, adequate insurance, a proven track record, and a commitment to ongoing training. GAF states that less than 2% of all roofing contractors have qualified. When you hire a Master Elite contractor, you're hiring someone GAF has vetted.
Why it matters for your roof
A GAF Master Elite contractor can offer GAF's enhanced warranty options — including the Golden Pledge Warranty, which covers both materials and workmanship and includes a 25-point inspection by a GAF-certified inspector. A non-certified roofer cannot offer these warranties, no matter what materials they install.
- Access to GAF's enhanced warranty options, including Golden Pledge
- Manufacturer-certified installation to GAF specifications
- GAF's 25-point inspection included with Golden Pledge warranties
- Non-prorated material coverage for the full warranty term
Our GAF Master Elite credentials
We've maintained our GAF Master Elite certification by meeting GAF's requirements year after year: CSLB license #953868, full insurance, and a track record of quality installations across Los Angeles. When we install your roof, it's done to GAF's specs — so your warranty is valid and your roof performs as designed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a GAF Master Elite contractor?
GAF Master Elite is a certification GAF awards to fewer than 2% of roofing contractors who meet its requirements for licensing, insurance, track record, and training. Only Master Elite contractors can offer GAF's enhanced warranty options.
Does a GAF Master Elite roof cost more?
Not necessarily. The material cost is comparable to a standard installation. The difference is in the warranty coverage and the quality of installation — you get manufacturer-backed protection that a non-certified roofer simply cannot offer.
What is the GAF Golden Pledge warranty?
The Golden Pledge is GAF's top-tier warranty. It covers both materials and workmanship, includes a 25-point inspection by a GAF-certified inspector, and provides non-prorated coverage for the full warranty term. Only Master Elite contractors can offer it.
Are you really in the top 2% of roofers?
GAF states that fewer than 2% of all roofing contractors have qualified as Master Elite. We meet GAF's requirements for licensing, insurance, and track record, and we've maintained the certification. You can verify Master Elite contractors on GAF's website.
