J L.: Joseph and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our ADU unit was completed beautifully, including two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a complete roof replacement. The craftsmanship is excellent, the team was professional and respectful, and the worksite stayed clean. We're extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them!

When to replace your Van Nuys roof
If your roof is 20+ years old, has multiple layers, or has recurring leaks, replacement is often more cost-effective than repeated repairs. We'll give you an honest assessment — if a repair will solve the problem, we'll tell you. If replacement is the right call, we'll explain why and give you a detailed estimate.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a roof replacement cost in Van Nuys?
It depends on roof size, pitch, material, how many old layers need to come off, and whether any decking has to be replaced. We inspect the roof and give you a free written estimate with each item listed, so you can compare bids line by line.
How long does a roof replacement take in Van Nuys?
Most single-family roof replacements in Van Nuys take one to three working days once the permit is issued and materials are delivered. Tile roofs and larger homes can take longer; your estimate includes an expected schedule.
Do I need a permit for a roof replacement in Van Nuys?
Yes. Van Nuys is in the City of Los Angeles, and reroofing requires a building permit and a final inspection. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections as part of the job — you don't have to deal with the city yourself.
Do you offer free roof inspections in Van Nuys?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation roof inspections for Van Nuys homeowners. We photograph any damage and give you a written assessment — whether or not you decide to move forward with us.
